Ab Workout – The Reality

which does not give enough resistance to your abs. With proper resistance even 7-16 reps are sufficient.
To give an example of
high resistance abs workout giving a larger stimulus to the abs would be: raising or curling the legs and pelvis up and or in towards the
trunk, hanging knees and or leg raises, hip thrust while lying. 3 proper leg raises can beat 60-90 crunches.
Tight, flat abs that
feel and look like a 6 pack is what you desire and lose that unwanted belly fat then the only way to do is high resistance work
out.
